Zoom Media & Marketing has appointed Michael Arkin to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, West Coast Sales and Strategic Partnerships.
Arkin joins from Paramount Pictures, where he was responsible for developing marketing campaigns for home entertainment content released by Paramount Pictures Corporation, including Paramount Pictures, DreamWorks Pictures, Paramount Vantage, Paramount Classics, MTV Films and Nickelodeon Movies.
Arkin directed the campaigns for films including Titanic, the highest grossing motion picture of all time; Transformers; The Indiana Jones trilogy; The Godfather trilogy; and the Star Trek motion picture series.
Working from Zoom’s Los Angeles, California office, Arkin will direct all West Coast sales efforts and the development of strategic partnerships with advertisers and content providers.
