TM Advertising Loses Hansen to Heelys

tmadvertising_160x120Tom Hansen, president of TM Advertising, is leaving the agency to become president and CEO of Heelys.

He replaces Michael Hessong, interim leader of Heelys since former CEO Donald Carroll resigned in February after less than a year on the job.

Dennis McClain, TM Advertising’s founding partner, will replace Hansen as chairman. Bill Oakley, Dave Weaver and Byron Nelson have been named managing directors.

Dallas’ TM Advertising, with offices in Austin and Seattle, is an independently managed subsidiary of Interpublic Group, one of the world’s largest marketing communications companies. Agency clients include Airlines, Discover Network, Redhook Ale Brewery, and Superpages.com.
