Combating the worst PC slump on record, Best Buy and Microsoft are setting up Windows stores in over 500 outlets across the US and in Canada. Windows stores will promote machines equipped with its Windows 8 operating system, the Windows Phone, as well as the Xbox gaming machine. Other changes for Best Buy include the appointment of Scott Moore to VP-US marketing.
