Mayor Rahm Emanuel of Chicago, is selling advertising space on city property, which is being done in an effort to raise additional revenue for the cash-starved city. GSD&M Cuts 10 Jobs, Pay

Another Southern US ad agency is laying off workers. Austin, Texas’ GSD&M Idea City has cut 10 jobs, and imposed across-the-board temporary pay cuts.
