Kolar Lays Off 19 Employees

Kolar Advertising has laid off employees for the first time in its 20-year history. Nineteen of the firm’s 89 employees have been laid off. Tom Hansen, president of TM Advertising, is leaving the agency to become president and CEO of Heelys. GSD&M Cuts 10 Jobs, Pay

Another Southern US ad agency is laying off workers. Austin, Texas’ GSD&M Idea City has cut 10 jobs, and imposed across-the-board temporary pay cuts.
